So, a bit late posting, but I did it! To be honest, I put it off until tonight, and when I looked at the clock and it said it was almost midnight I contemplated just skipping the column again this week. However, I promised you guys a post, and a post you shall receive! Luckily I already warned you that it might just be some snapshots of my sketchbook, but still, it is hand-lettering nonetheless! The first two are just little doodles I did at the hospital while I awaited the arrival of my new niece! And the last photo is a special little project I'm currently working on... :) Enjoy!

 

 

And, tomorrow I jet off to Arizona. It's a little bit different this time though. I'm going to be gone for about six months, and it's just crazy to think about. I can't really wrap my head around this reality, but I know there shall be tears tomorrow and tears in the days ahead. Knowing I won't be back in my house for that long is really sad, but I'm so excited to get back to Nicholas, and as I mentioned before, Penny! I'll be sure to post some photos of her soon. :) Leaving behind my family, my dogs, and my new little niece is going to be tough, but I know they all have my back, and just as it was the first time I left, it is all a part of this wonderful life adventure!
