Hello all! Look at this. I'm actually updating this column on Saturday and at a decent time! I'm shocked.  It might have something to do with the fact that I'm particularly excited about this week's post. I don't have a real exciting reason other than that I'm really proud of the hand-lettering I've done this time. Not that I haven't been proud before, but I think this one definitely rises above the rest as being the best lettering I've done so far. It's really cool to look back at all that I've worked on and see how I've improved. And okay, okay, I'm also excited because, if you're interested, this week's lettering is available for purchase on my Society6 shop! I'm happy to finally make one of these lettering projects available to you!

This project was completed for my sister Karen to put in her daughter's nursery! The color scheme is based on that of her room. My other sister Laurie actually picked this quote out for me to letter because I was trying to find a good one and just couldn't decide. She told me I should do this one and I was like, of course, duh! This quote is a beautiful reminder from Roald Dahl's The Twits (though I've never read it) to think good things and as a result, you will always be lovely because having good thoughts is important for your soul and happiness.
