Buon Appetito!
On Friday night, Nicholas and I headed over to the San Tan Valley area to visit a pizza place he had been to a few weeks ago, called Grimaldi's. I could tell just by walking in that the place would be good because it was packed. We had to wait about 25 minutes to be seated, then another 30+ minutes for our pizza to be made, but it was close to a good almost 2 hours before we finally got to eat. Oh well. I'd say the pizza was worth it. We just got pepperoni and half with basil because I wasn't sure if I'd like it, but next time we'll definitely get it on the whole thing. Not to mention, they are coal brick-oven pizzas. So good! And to finish it all off, we shared a delicious little cannoli.
